Plugin lost our business $50USD
-
After the recent update to version 2.1.2.1 of WooCommerce, we have been seriously shortchanged due to currency conversion errors caused by this plug-in. As per the plug-in’s changelogs, it has a history of interfering with the checkout process. It caused currency conversion (run using VillaTheme’s Woo Multi Currency Pro) to occur twice, resulting in a loss to our business of approximately $50USD. Disabling the plug-in solved this problem immediately, and to be honest I’m not especially interested in using it again since it’s resulted in a loss to our business. What I am interested in is why adding additional fields to a product interferes with the checkout process in the first place, and what the plug-in author intends to do about the situation.
