Page refreshes on form submit with “No Page Refresh” Enabled

    The Email signup form at the bottom of https://h2ownit.org/ refreshes the page when submitted, regardless of the No Page Refresh option.

    Constant contact versions: 1.3.6, 1.3.7
    Wordpress version: 4.9.6

    Definitely managing to confirm this behavior in your case, but not able to pinpoint any obvious reasons why.

    Hey @vermilionkyle any changes on this front? Did you contact the provided email address at all yet as well? Asking in case we need to check some spots in case we missed seeing it.

    Did this get looked into?

    I’m having the problem only in mobile. In desktop it does not refresh.

    Minimally I’d like it in mobile to either A) Show the confirmation message at the top or B) scroll down to the confirmation message.

    @mjbehrii Not sure we ever got contacted at the provided address for this one.

    For your case, it’s working fine except it still refreshes on mobile, despite the setting that should enable ajax?

    Do you have a link where we could see the form at?

    Looked things over, and for some reason it seems that our Javascript file is not loading for you on the frontend.

    Have you done any sort of customizations or optizations that you can think of that’d prevent some js files from being loaded? The missing JS file is where the ajax “magic” would happen.

    Nothing that I can think of. What is the name of the file and I’ll try to track down why it’s not loading.

    Either going to be named constant-contact-forms/assets/js/ctct-plugin-frontend.js or
    constant-contact-forms/assets/js/ctct-plugin-frontend.min.js. Probably the latter

    I cannot find any reason for it not to come up.

    I manually put it in the <head> and it didn’t work. I then manually put it in the footer.php and it is working now.

    When I have time I’ll dig deeper into what’s causing it not to load.
