    The plugin stores the IP address of the user after max failed logins. You need to mention this in your privacy statement.

    Where is the IP adress stored, at my webserver or at a Freshmedia server?
    Is it stored as a cookie or anyhow else?
    In which time range will it be deleted?

    The IP address is stored at your own server. The plugin does not send any information to external servers.

    Do I have to delete it myself after any successful login?
