We had been using this plugin for a while. Then there was a conflict with another plugin (co-authors) that caused co-authors to become non-functional. I asked about this conflict and nsp-code fixed it right away. Very impressed with the quick turn around on this request. This is the kind of aspect of a product offering that is just as important as the product itself. Kudos to you guys.
