• I recently moved my WordPress site to the new host using Duplicator Plugin

After I moved everything is working just fine except the backend of the site.

Things I noticed not working is.

    • Sidebar is not collapsible
    • Cannot switch from Visual to Text mode in Page/Post editor
    • Select all checkbox on post list table is not working (Occur on other tables as well)
    • Visual Composer is not working(not showing button to enable at all)

My current WordPress version is 4.9.6-en and already tried reinstalling.

    Thanks!

  • Hello

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Thanks for the answer!

I have tried both of your suggestion but it didn’t work.
I also notice “jQuery is not defined” error popping up in console log is this the problem?
