After a user accepted (or not) cookies, how can he reconsider his decision.
Cookie notice is not visible any more.
Is also some how an option to delete cookies?

(Template to use when asking for re-consent: Modal)

  • Hi,
You can to insert this shortcode in your privacy page:

    [gdpr_preferences text="Privacy Preferences"]

It will give users an acces to preferences, where they will be able to reconsider his decision.

Thanks, maybe i was not clear. I mean not registered users. Just visitors

You have to give your visitors a link to site privacy policy, not only for users.

What about a div with absolute positioning in a corner at the bottom of the website, that contains the upper shortcode. Then the visitors always have fast access to re-consider their cookies.

Would the developer like to bring this feature in?

I hope to embed this feature because is some how mandatory according to GDPR, a visitor to reconsider his decision in a clear and easy way.

    It is mandatory, yes.

You can add the shortcode or function wherever you want. If it’s on a page or a absolute positioned div, it’s up to you really.

The shortcode only generates a button to open that window. You can change that window CSS if you want and have it wherever you want.
