Unable to Display Feed

    Hi there,

    I installed your plugin on a site and it was working fine for several weeks but is now showing the error Unable to show instagram photos.

    I have tried to re-enter my access code for my instagram account but it still won’t display photos.

    I do use a program that does auto following and unfollowing for my instagram account and although it was working fine with the plugin initially.

    Is this causing an issue displaying the photos (not sure if it is as it worked for a while in the beginning) or is there something else that could be causing this error?

    I’m happy to hear you found a fix and everything is now working well.

    If the issue was a conflict with another plugin or something else that you feel the information for the fix might be beneficial to other users and you are willing to post it here it will always appreciated by others experiencing the same problem.

    Can you please share what your fix was? I’m having the same issue, worked for months but stopped working weeks ago with the same “Unable to show Instagram photos” on my web page.

    Okay, I also was able to fix my problem by getting a new Access Token. Apparently they expire but that wasn’t obvious to me.

    Yes – that was the issue I was having too. I also didn’t realise they expire.

    Yes it’s an unfortunate issue that comes with using Instagram’s API. We have a backup cache feature to help display something in case it happens but you may need to get a new access token occasionally.

    Most access tokens rarely or even never expire. It just seems some accounts are unlucky and have it happen often.
