    Hello,

Today I switched from a numerical domain x.x.x.x to an actual domain. In doing this I had changed the options for the website URL as part of following the documentation.

After I migrated files over I faced a series of other problems like 500 error, unresponsive, etc etc etc. I fixed all these problems but now Im stuck against ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I tried disabling themes, plugins, and clearing my cookies and cache. Im also not able to download any plugins via the plugin manager to install a cache clearing plugin. I also deleted all my cache via cloudflare and that still did not yield results.

    My website is https://cityzenrealty.com

I can connect to wp-admin but nothing loads up on main page.

Im on newest version of wordpress 4.9.6

  • CloudFlare isn’t seeing your host.

If it was me, I’d turn CloudFlare’s proxy off (just go into DNS at CloudFlare and toggle the orange cloud to gray) until I figured out what was wrong. With CloudFlare running out front the actual server isn’t visible to the world so
I can’t see the actual DNS info.

It’s probably that you don’t have a A record set for your webserver properly or your server isn’t available right now.

I doubt it’s the WordPress itself if Admin is reachable.

Thank you JNashHawkins for your reply. I did toggle off the cloudflare and it made no difference to the results. Currently only partial of the website is loading up, I looked into logs and downloaded a debug plugin and it still isnt clear what is going on…

The A record is set properly as Im able to login to admin using the domain.
