Sidebar expand not working

    Hello,
    If i activated The Event Calendar plugin then i face a console error and sidebar widget Expand can’t working. Actually where is problem ?? Please give me a solution.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We’re currently using an older version of Select2 which may be conflicting with another version that the theme or a plugin is using. You can possibly force The Events Calendar to use a newer version via a template override — which you could use our Themer’s Guide to understand how our templating works.

    I am facing the same issue.
    Why not you guys update the select2 to the latest version.
    It’s conflicting with the WooCommerce plugin.
    WooCommerce using 4.0.3 and this plugin use 3.5.4.

    We added this plugin support more than 10 premium WordPress theme. Now I have to move to any other event plugin. It’s not updated regularly. We are receiving tickets for this issue.

    I’m not sure why we are using an older version of Select2 — I’m sure that there are plenty of pros and cons of using a new version.

    You may be able to resolve this with a template override. Take a look at our Themer’s Guide.
