    How do I keep make the font larger on the header where the phone, email and office hours are?

    Try to change the font size here:
    #kardealer_topinfo_text {

    font-size: 15px !important;
    }

    Add this text (copy and paste) in your Customize section (Additional CSS)
    Dashboard => Appearance => Customize
