set price to stripe

  • Hi

    I’m building my video service by your theme videopro.
    I have one problem now.

    The price of our video is 10,000JPY.
    But when our website set price to stripe it display 1,000,000JPY..
    It’s wrong.

    Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

    Hope you’re well.

    I am not sure you are in the right forum. We don’t have a theme which name is videopro and this forum is only for Membership 2 plugin. So is your problem related Membership 2? Are you referring to membership price?

    I already asked this problem to videopro team.
    They said this problem is Membership2 plugin issue.

    Hope you’re well.

    I tried this on my test site and I can replicate the same problem when I change the currency of payment to JPY. So I reported this to developers, I hope it will be fixed at one of the next releases.
