Exclude specific fields from being saved

    Hi again,

    The plugin is saving all of the fields of the CF7.

    However, this is filling up too much our server with unnecessary data. E.g., the user uploads some files, we only want them to be sent to our e-mail account (which is already done by CF7), but for us no need to store those files in our WP server.

    It would be great if specific fields could be excluded from being saved. To start, even a coded way could be acceptable, as for instance what you have already done with IP address info through do_shortcode( ‘[cf7-db-display-ip]’ ).

    We are looking forward to your request and it seems like convenient to give provision to exclude storing any of the form fields into our plugin database.

    Hope, you would be glad to know that we have provided filters before saving the data to the database.

    You can find the example in the FAQ section, in addition, we have also provided the filter for restricting certain form saving to our DB.

    Hi, thanks for the new version.

    I’ve seen how to exclude forms, however I didn’t find an explanation on how to exclude specific fields, could you please include a link to such explanation?
