My distance plugin just stopped working and I’m getting a Google Maps JavaScript API error: https://cl.ly/sG8u.

It was working just fine and I’m pretty sure I have my Google Cloud Platform set-up correctly: https://cl.ly/sG45.

Again, it was working until we did the most recent update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that. Could you please try to add https://*.calumetfloral.com/* into the allowed referrer list.

Thanks for the quick response. I just added that, waited about 10 minutes, flushed my server cache, and still the same error.

For what it is worth, I use to have no referrer in there at all, just completely open, and it wasn’t working with that either.

    Hi,

I think the issue is related with the API Key. I see the Google Maps at your homepage is also broken. Please try deactivate the shipping plugin and see if the map at your homepage fixed or still broken. If it still broken. I am pretty sure it was caused by the API Key.

Perhaps creating new API Key will help, otherwise, you need to contact google directly to ask support.

OK, good news…got it working, sort of. I created a new project with a new key, and now we are back in shape here: https://cl.ly/sFzd.

That said, I’m not getting a calculation on check out, and the delivery address I’m using is well within the mileage allowed: https://cl.ly/sFyJ. I use the zip code of 49913, which is same as the shop.

Another scenario, I tried a new browser, wondering if I was dealing with cached information.

When I do a calculation at the cart it works (as long as I only enter the zip code, once I enter city and state it won’t): https://cl.ly/sG18

But when I add the address at checkout, it doesn’t: https://cl.ly/sG1h

Hi, Please try to switch the WooCommerce shipping debug mode to “ON”. Then open your cart/checkout page, you will see the error printed if there was.
