Graphic background not mobile friendly

    Hello! I noticed that the graphic background image that I made (at 2000px x 1200px) for my background does not respond well across all devices. What size should I make it if I want it to work well across all devices (desktop, iPad, iPhone)?

    Hello @shabua, basically on mobile devices we load “large” thumbnail, which is usually set in WordPress 1024×768 as default.

    There is no sane way, how to make images perfect on all devices as they have different aspect ratio – the only way would be to use different images for mobiles and desktop, but that is something we do not support at a moment.

    May I ask what is your website? I can check if there is no other issue or maybe suggest something what might work for you..

    Right, I can see what you mean. Generally it is it good idea to insert any required information to background images.

    It would require another input for mobile images only, which is something we don’t plan to implement at a moment.

    So you must find some good compromise for both desktop and mobile devices..
