phone number digit validation for singapore

hi i am trying your plugin it works fine for me india numbers but when i tried for singapore number its default validation is 10 numbers
how can i change that to 8 characters because for singapore its 8 digits only

for your info i do have activated international sms option in msg91 and the url api link works already fine with singapore number
