Settings page not opening up

I was feeding pin codes in the shipping methods section and when I tried to save the page, it became non-responsive. And now, only the settings page of Woocommerce plugin isnt opening up.

I checked the log and it said – ‘CRITICAL Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded’. Then I increased the time to 300ms but it still stayed non-responsive. Please help!!
