Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    I’ve used CF7 before and am trying to install using the wordpress administrator panel.
    I have Selected “Add New Plugin”, Clicked install on Contact From 7, when I click the activate button I got the following error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_locale() in /home4/sbg/public_html/asrm.net.au/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/l10n.php on line 68

    Which version of WordPress do you use? The current version of Contact Form 7 requires WordPress 4.8 or higher that does have get_user_locale() defined.
