• Was happier with the free version over the paid version. We shelled out for the smash license and really not happy with the value.

    What prompted this review was the fact that support has completely ignored our question. Been over a week. Priority support? What a joke. It’s simple, don’t ignore support questions…especially when over $200 was paid and comes with “Priority Support.”

    I’m really sorry to hear that. We always respond to every support request within a day, and often within hours or even minutes, so it sounds like something went wrong here. If you can let me know either your name or email address then I can search our support system to see what the problem was. On occasion, our responses will get stuck in a recipients spam/junk folder and that could have been what happened here.

    Also, we have a 30 day return policy on any of our products, so if you weren’t happy with your purchase then all you’d have to do is contact us either here, via social media, or via contact/support form and we’ll refund your payment back to you.

    Again, I’m sorry to hear about the issue and that you didn’t have the excellent experience that we strive to offer all of our users and customers. If you could let me know the name/email used in the support ticket then I’ll look that up right away to see what the problem was.
