Submissions not submitted, regarded as spam

Hi all, currently I have cf7 and flamingo installed. So far everything is working fine, but sometimes when my customers submits the forms it keeps getting displayed as errors, and ends up not getting submitted successfully. I go over to check Flamingo: Inbound Messages, it is regarded as Spam even though it is not. May I know what has happened?
