Form not showing

    Hi,

    I have created a form and linked to MailChimp, but the form does not show on the website. The code from the shortcode is created on the page (as can be seen via Inspect Element in Chrome), but nothing is displayed. That is true for the Form Preview function in the plugin itself as well – it is empty.

    I am using WordPress 4.9.6 with Avada 5.5.2 theme.

    I can see the form on the link you shared. Is the issue solved already?

    No, my fault.

    For some reason the AdBlock plugin in Chrome blocked the form from showing. Disabling AdBlock did the trick.

    Our forms should normally not be blocked by AdBlock unless you activates a custom much more aggressive adblock list.
