    Hi, i saw this is not the first post about this issue, but i could not see any information from the last discussions on how to solve the problem. In short, i can not save the credential after i put in the keys cause the button is greyed out and there is no section to enter my Associate ID, just Default Marketplace, Default Template and PA-API Credentials. So i really need your help. Thanks

    Dear @acquistimatti,

    The issue that you are facing is because AdBlock & AdblockPlus filtering list named EasyList has added all the JS of the plugin into their blocking list. You can check this by disabling AdBlocker and everything will work fine.

    In case you are still facing issue after disabling the ad-blocking plugin, please feel free to reopen this thread.

    I have the same issue and I do not use Adblocker.

    Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:

    1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
    2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
    3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
    4. WordPress version
    5. PHP error logs
    6. List of plugins installed on your system
    7. Operating System version(OS version).
    8. Browser console log error generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

    • Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
    • check the console log errors at the time of the issue
    • Send us the screenshot of console log as it is by sharing them using any 3rd party image sharing tool.

    9. Web server version(apache/nginx)
    10. List of plugins installed on your system.
