2 out of 4 websites will not register with phone App

    I created a Keyy account and had 4 websites registered. All was OK until a few weeks ago. Two of my sites disappeared from the app. I tried to add them but no luck.I created a new account and tried again. Two sites registered OK but the same two will not show up on the OS App. I scan the QR code, and the site appears in the app. When I refresh the app, they disappear. I cannot login to my Keyy account on the website as the username/password page appear very briefly before the wave login appears. Can you help. I need one account with the 4 websites as I had originally.

    I have tried deleting the WordPress app on my websites and reinstalling, and the same with the Iphone App.

    Sorry about the delay over the weekend.

    I’m not sure if your the same person who sent the logs in via the app and is now locked out of their account and needs a reset?

    If so please reply to my email there, as you will need to answer some secuirty questions before I reset your account.

    It sounds like the Keyy scan is successful and initially adds the site to your site list, but then when it tries to send the key to your WordPress site an error occurs and it’s not able to make a connection so it then removes the site from your site list.

    One possible cause would be a plugin or theme that disables the REST API normally security or site maintenance plugins do this.

    Before we try and resolve the issue we will need to re-establish identity if your app is in a locked out state.

    Sorry for the late reply. I still seem to be locked out of my two websites and my Keyy account. Your website just states “username is required”. The login button seems to show a page for username and password, but dissapears within 0.5 sec to show the wave login again. I cannot get into my account to add the two websites that have keyy install, and my phone app doesnt have any sites shown. I seem to be locked out of everything. Can you email me a.s.a.p please for the detail you require to reset everything.
