great and really disappointing

  • I love the style and the possibilities of caldera forms. Many features, multipage forms, conditions and many more.

    But there is one major issue, it′s known since mid 2017 and there is no fix in sight.
    The forms don′t save their changes properly in the database and don′t change the last post to “PRIMARY”, many users described that issue in the support area of caldera forms, but no fix since today.
    Surely you can try change this manually in the database and sometimes it works fine, but then some days later, no changes will be saved and you have no chance to fix this.
    This plugin costs me hours and hours of trying, searching for issues & reading in support forums .

    I′m really frustrated about this and i will change now.
    Sorry that i have to leave this review although this plugin has great potential.

    Hi t0bi, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues saving form changes. This actually isn’t a bug I’m aware of, and I’ve not heard of other users having this problem. It would be a huge problem if none of our users could save form changes! If you want to open a technical support ticket, we’d be happy to help with this – free users can open support threads that we respond to over 1-2 weeks, paying users can receive 1 business day turnaround support on our website.
