Fields not showing up on order

    The fields are correctly showing up on the site, but once the order is submitted, the fields aren’t showing up in the order so we aren’t able to find the content that was submitted in these fields. In the past, this has worked without any issues.

  • Same here. It’s been broken since I upgraded WC. I emailed the developer on 6-12, so I know they know about it, but IDK the timing on the fix.

    Have you found anywhere in the backend or in the admin screen where this information can be found? We use these fields in a number of places on our site and we have to call customers every time they purchase something to find out what they entered into the field.

    It seems that the fields are not being saved to the post meta, in the latest versions of this plugin and WC, is that possible?

    It could be related to this error “The WC_Cart->fees function is deprecated since version 3.2. Replace with the fees API (WC_Cart::add_fee).”

    UPDATE: This was due to WC Subscriptions that needed to be updated, however I still do NOT see the additional product fields in the cart or order.

    Any fix for this yet?

    I am having the same problem. I have 2 simple text fields in a product. They do not save to cart or checkout and do not show after the order is purchased. Like others have said, it used to work.

    Sorry for the delay, Please update wcff 3.0.1.
    Make sure if you are using admin field you should enable

    Show on Product Page

    .

    If it is product field

    Order Item Meta

    check

    Add as Order Meta

    ,

    Show on Cart & Checkout

    check

    Show in Cart & Checkout Page

    and

    Logged in Users Only

    check

    No

    Please check all the above data’s from admin field config.

    If still facing this issue please let me know eith php errorlog( if having issue )
