Coming soon plugin loads but doesn’t work

  • The plugin installs correctly. However the options are only available in the inventory page when the “manage stock option’ is ticked. When you untick this, the coming soon options disappear.

    Now, coming soon says it will only work if the “Out of stock option” is enabled. However this is only possible to select this when the “manage stock option” is de-selected … and then the “coming soon fintionality disappears.

    If you have the “Manage stock option” ticked, the ability to select the out of stock label is replaced by a numeric field. Setting this to 0 ( the equivalent of out of stock) should then display the “coming soon’ label.

    It doesn’t ..l suggesting that your plugin only recognizes the text string and not the numeric value.

    Please fix / help as I don’t want to leave the only rating/review and it not be a positive one

    I am using WooCommerce 3.4.3
    on WordPress 4.9.6 running Merchandiser theme.

    I have tested the plugin with both your woocommerce and wordpress plugin. It is working fine . Please make sure these points :
    1) manage stock option is selected(you can give 0 value to stock)
    2) set for coming soon option selected
    3) other details filled for coming soon section
    4) most important your product should have a price.

    Please check all these points but if the issue continues let us know .

    I have double checked all of this. it still does not work. If you give me an email address I can send you screenshots.

    I think it is probably to do with the theme I you are using which is a simple or free one and how it references the single product page. I think you need to test it with some of the more sophisticated themes. I use merchandiser,,, Probably worth you installing a copy and testing it.

    SO at the moment – still unresolved and not working (can provide the screenshots if you wish but no way to upload images here)
