• Hello,

We have created a user role for publish posts and edit. But we can’t find the way to show the admin bar so it can go to the wordpress dashboard. We’ve unmarked the “hide toolbar” option on your plugin, and when clicked on the user from the wordpress dashboard, the “Show toolbar” option in marked as it should.

we have other pluguns as woocommerce, geodirectory, and more.

    Thank you,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

WooCommerce hides admin toolbar for your role if it does not have permissions which they count it should have. More details…

I’ve tried that code (uploading in a mu_plugin folder) and it doesnt work.
Also tried to give access as a shop manager, woocommerce manager and everything, but still doesnt show

Try to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test.
If that will help, activate plugins back one by one to isolate a reason.

I deactivated all the plugins (woocommerce included) and when activated user role editor the admin toolbar disappeared. So, it must be something with your plugin. When I activate only woocommerce, the toolbar appears. It only disappears with user role editor.

Do you use the latest version of User Role Editor?

It would show incorrect value for the additional option “Hide admin toolbar” checkbox for the selected role at earlier versions. Update to the latest version and check if this additional option is switched OFF for all roles assigned to the test user.

Hello, I’ve checked again, because I had some other roles in the one user I was testing. I only left one (in were that option is OFF) and it works when your plugin and woocommerce are activated. But it doesnt when I activate the GeoDirectory plugin.

So, the problem isn’t woocommerce or your plugin, but Geodirectory.

I’m going to write them to see whats wrong.

    Thank you!
