Contact7 is changing design / no menu on mobile working

    Contact7 form is changing the design of the page in Chrome and on mobile devices. It is squishing the title bar header on Chrome. On mobile, our menu bar is not working. Anyone have the same issue? If so, how do you fix it? Thank you.

    Also, on Chrome and Safari, my menu is not working once my Contact form is implemented. Menu works on Firefox.
