    Hi there,

    When the store is in test mode, I have no issues entering the CC information. However, when I switch it to live mode, the credit card info fields break and I can’t type into them. I’ve removed all the CSS & PHP that was affecting my store, and that did not solve the problem. Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    I assume you are referencing Stripe here. If so, I’d be certain to get an SSL certificate installed by your host so your site can use HTTPS instead of HTTP. That will likely let Stripe work since it requires an SSL certificate.

    While you’re in touch with your host ask them to upgrade MySQL and PHP. ??

    Ugh my client uses GoDaddy which won’t let you upgrade MySQL and PHP without changing your hosting plan, which my client isn’t into. GoDaddy is the worst.

    Thank you for your help!! I’ll see what I can do about getting her SSL.. also an upcharge, because GoDaddy.. LOL.

    Hi @paytonstray,

    Ahh, that’s no good. Those versions really are sub par, especially MySQL. Nonetheless, I hope the SSL certificate helps the Stripe issue.

    If that isn’t a fix there could be a conflict somewhere and it may likely be in the theme. You could confirm that by temporarily switching themes to see if Stripe works in live mode.
