How do you set the notification to appear in client?

  • I have inputted the API Key and did a test. It returned message_id which I assume it’s working. But where does it send to?

    When I open my site in phone, there’s no prompt to allow notification or something like that.

    I also tried building a simple Progressive Web App (https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/codelabs/push-notifications/). It listens to push service from that Firebase app but doesn’t show anything.

    A simple guide on how to set the client would be appreciated since it’s not a straight-forward process.
