Removal of freemius

    If I upgrade to pro will the plugin be clean without freemius tracking, nagging and slow down code?

    I tried to access your website for info on pro but the security certificate expired two days ago and is blocked.

    I am seeing lots of PHP errors all related to Freemius and want this SDK gone!

    No, in the pro version it’s even more important. I’m not sure what would happen if you remove it. The easiest solution for you might be to downgrade to 2.5.4, the last version that doesn’t use it.

    I do want to repeat: if you dismiss the messages etc, you should not get them again? And if you do not allow tracking, it should not track.

    Just renewed the certificate for postsnippets.com, the automated renewal process failed somehow.

    Okay Dave, I understand, BUT..

    Any chance we could fix the error as I am seeing 100’s warnings about Freemius SDK.

    Another plugin (now removed) also had Freemius. But a newer version of the SDK and upon its install (and since its removal) the error is still prefixed with the removed plugins name.

    But this error was still appearing before this happened.

    The version of SDK you have packaged is not up-to-date. Maybe the errors will go if you update your SDK?

    I know the plugin is working but the debugging log and console is working overtime showing these warnings..

    I have had to deactivate and switch PHP plugins while I wait for your solution.

    It is looking promising, haven’t seen an error warning yet.
