No Support!

I was really hoping this plugin would work for me because I love the way it looks however when I had an issue, I emailed the owner and he just told me to go to the support forums. None of my questions have been answered and the share counts are not showing up!

I am sad that this plugin has little or no support and that it doesn’t work properly ??
