Follow many website

Hi. I have a issue. I made a lot of website and I had put the plugin. But on all website, when I click on the mail button, it propose me to follow the first website and I don’t find how to do to follow each website. Can you help me ? I send you the first and an other like that you could see that and maybe to have a better understanding for what I’m saying.
