Deactivating AnyFont plugin causes 500 Internal Server Error
-
After discovering that I could not upload any of my TTF files to the AnyFont plugin, I decided to temporarily deactivate it until I could figure out why it wasn’t working. Right after I deactivated the plugin, I got a 500 Internal Server Error and can no longer view or edit my site.
I couldn’t remember how to deactivate a file from FTP, so I went in and deleted the folder, to no avail. I then re-uploaded the unzipped folder via FTP and still nothing. I have no idea what happened or how to fix it. Can anyone help?
I do have a database backup from two days ago, but much has been added since then. Is there anything I can do before using the last backup? And how do I implement the backup if all else fails?
Let me know. Thanks!
