Great Plugin Superb Support

  • I haven’t even got the paid version yet and the support is EXCELLENT! Works well, you just need to check your account credentials with the various shippers for it to work.

    Hi Judy,

    I guess what he meant is to get the account rates you need to use the live DHL API credentials and under the Rates and services tab- Check the option “Show Account Rates”

    But if you’re using the test credentials disable that option and you’ll get only the retail rates,

    Make sure all the products have weight and dimension.

    You do need to have accounts with the carriers and configure it in the Easy post dashboard.

    That’s how you link easy post with the respective carriers.
