Site Address Migrator – image links broken changing site address NOT wp url

    I’ve just put my website live at https://www.acornsproject.org.uk/

    The wordpress is installed in a subdirectory called ‘website’ and I want it to stay there, so I have updated the site address to https://www.acornsproject.org.uk, and left the WordPress address as https://www.acornsproject.org.uk/website

    I updated my permalinks, copied index.php and htaccess file to the root and updated them, and essentially all was good apart from text links within the content of my pages.

    I installed Site Address Migrator to fix these links – it fixed the links, but it also changed my image links, which I didn’t want, as the have remained the in same location. I have fixed my images manually, but I’m a bit confused by this as the Plugin FAQs state that the plugin is for the purpose of changing the site address only, not the WordPress install address.
