CSS not being applied to my menu

    Hi, no matter what I do the custom CSS I place in either the QuadMenu customizer or my theme customizer doesn’t apply. I’ve tried copying specific items and calling class tags but nothing is working. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
