can’t edit URLs and get to url screen

  • hi,

    When I try to add a link the link menu that pops up blinks whenever I hover over the
    arrow or gear and doesn’t allow me to click the arrow or gear. If I go to inspect on the browser it works, but this wont be good for others using the site. Adding links work fine on regular pages and posts. I only have this problem on simple faq “post” page.

    Hi, Karin!

    I tested adding links in Genesis Simple FAQs and I’m able to press the arrow and gear:

    There are a couple of things you can try:

    1. Disable all other plugins temporarily in case of a plugin conflict.

    2. If adding links to FAQs is still not possible with other plugins disabled, check your browser console for errors when clicking the arrow or gear. You’re welcome to share the errors here as text or screenshots (by uploading to https://imgur.com/upload and sharing the link).
