Move Cookie Consent to front?

  • I am using Social Warfare on my WordPress site which displays social media sharing buttons at the bottom of a visitors web browser when viewing blog posts on my site (https://wanderingwheatleys.com).

    The Social Warfare bar “floats” at the bottom of the web browser – the same as the Cookie Consent bar.

    Currently the Social Warfare bar appears in front of the Cookie Consent bar – almost completely hiding it.

    Is it possible to have the Cookie Consent floating bar display in front of the Social Warfare floating bar? (Then the Social Warfare bar would become visible after the user accepts/dismisses the Cookie Consent notice.)

    Or can the Cookie Consent bar be displayed above the Social Warfare bar – essentially having 2 floating bars at the bottom of the page stacked on top of each other?
