    Hi,

Please check the “from” email address used in the settings. Note that if you use a “from” email from a public email service like “@hotmail.com”, “@aol.com”, “@outlook.com”, “@gmail.com”, … it will be filtered by most antispam systems since the email will be identified as “not originated at the expected server”.

Try using a “from” address that belongs to the website domain.

If that doesn’t work could you please provide the following information to assist you more in detail:

1- Are you using some SMTP plugin for the email delivery?

2- Do you have other feature working with emails installed in the website?

Thank you for using the plugin!

    Hi,

I’ve made an additional test and the email delivery is OK. In your case the problem seems to be in the PayPal account used to receive the payments.

The IPN notifications feature into your account may be disable. Please go to your PayPal account and be sure to enable the IPN notifications so the website/plugin can receive the automatic payment notification.

    Thank you.

I added my domain name and enabled PayPal IPN settings. This fixed the issue. Thank you so much. I will now purchase the full plugin. Thank you for making a calendar that work well!
