Cannot editing or creating events after upgrade

I have the exact same problem, and it’s an emergency. I posted my issue 4 days ago, and have had no luck getting any information on how to fix it:

YAY! I found someone else in this list of support posts with the answer to the problem:

Go to Event Manager / Settings / General / User Capabilities, and click all of the boxes that correspond to “Administrator”. I think in some software update that these either became a new thing, or somehow all got reset to not-checked.

Thx biglesliep! But of course this was my first thing to check the capabilities of administrator. It is all checked in and I cannot editing an existing event.

can you the latest EM version 5.9.5 however I wasn’t able to replicate this even using version 5.9.4

Okay, I found the solution. I tried download the earlier versions and downgrading. I don’t find version 5.8.x before the 5.9.x versions, just 5.7.x. So the latest working for me version is 5.7.3.
I am little bit sad, but it means I can no longer upgrade this plugin. ??

Oh no! I’m here again! Now I don’t have the “Google Maps and Location Services” option under Settings. What can I do now?
