Upload photo not working

  • I used to have an older version of the plugin. When I tried to add a new member using the new version, the ‘Upload photo’ is not working. You can see in the website that the last member doesn’t have a photo. Could you please let me know what I could do? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    This sounds a lot like a plugin conflict. Could you pleae check?

    In order to check if the issue is related to a plugin conflict (or theme conflict), could you please **deactivate** all your plugins (except Team Members) and check if it works. If it does work, please **reactivate** them *one by one* and check each time if Team Members still works. This will allow us to find the conflicting plugin. If this does not work, try switching to the default WordPress theme and check if the plugin works. Sometimes the issue can be theme related.

    Hi,
    Thank you very much. I did what you recommended and solved the problem. The plugin conflicting with “Team Members” is “Forgot About Shortcode Buttons”. I deactivated the plugin, and I could successfully upload pictures again.
