I have a slide-in set with a cookie expiration of 60 days (or whatever I set it at).

Closing the popup, though, does not effect the cookie.

    Hello @hnwp

    Hope you’re doing well!

I’ve tested the plugin on my end and could not replicate the issue. Please make sure the Automatically hide Slide-in option is deactivated and “No longer show this message across the site” or “No longer show this message on this post / page” options are selected, as it is shown in the attached screenshot:

Please note, if you’ve cleared browser cache on your end all cookies are removed and the slide-in will be shown again

If the issue still persists, please share here a link to your site so we could have a closer look.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hi Nastia!

Pardon the delay: I wasn’t notified of a response.

You can view the issue at https://herbalnitro.com

I have checked the settings and they are exactly as you posted.

    Sincerely,
    Jordan

    Hello @hnwp

    Hope all is well!

Apologize that I wasn’t clear enough in my previous reply. The “No longer show this message on this post / page” will hide the slide-in from not to be shown on a certain page, where the slide-in was previously closed. It will show up the Slide-in on other pages, unless it is closed

The option “No longer show this message across the site” will hide the slide-in across the whole site, once it is closed on any page. Please choose this option if you wish to hide the slide-in across the site

I’ve visited your site and the Slide-in, with your current setting “No longer show this message on this post / page”, didn’t appear for me again, on a certain page.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hi Nastia.

I have it set up to “No longer show this message across the site,” and it still shows up on every page after clicking “no”–regardless if I’m logged in, regardless of the browser, even while in incognito mode.

    Hello @hnwp

    Hope you’re doing well!

I’ve visited your site and looks like Hustle is no longer active. Would you please create a test page, activate the plugin and enable the slide-in on this page so we could troubleshoot the issue?

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hi Nastia.

Sorry about deactivating it. I couldn’t bear to show my users a broken popup, so I deactivated it.

I placed it only on a defunct page, https://herbalnitro.com/news

When it pops up, I press “no”, and refresh the page, it still repeats.

    Sincerely,
    Jordan

    Hey @hnwp,

    Hope you’re well.

When I check your website, I am seeing a blank page and no Hustle slide-in. Can you check is URL correctly set to Hustle settings and shared here?

    Cheers,
    Oguz

Same issue here. The controls have changed a bit, but the malfunction is still there.

The site is currently at smithhughes.com/blog

Nevermind – Fixed it. I was also using Hummingbird. I cleared the cache and all is working as it should now.
