Setting up a portfolio on a self-hosted site

    Hello!

    I just installed WP and the Orvis theme on my server and am now trying to replicate the portfolio page as shown in the Orvis demo preview but without any luck.

    As I understand, when using the Orvis theme on wordpress.com there is the ‘portfolio’ post type available by default, but that’s not the case when using a self-hosted WP installation.

    Is there a way to replicate the portfolio page as seen here https://wordpress.com/theme/orvis on a self-hosted WP site?

    Ok, solution found: you need to have JetPack plugin installed.
