Shortcuts don’t work with e-mails?

    I’m trying to send an e-mail to the customers indicating their [user_id] but apparently the codes cannot be used with e-mails.

    Is there any way to include them?

    Hello @fsanz,

    As long as shortcodes are processed, these shortcodes should also process.

    How are you trying to send the email? Can you provide additional details as to your situation?

    Hi!

    Will be a good feature ??
    In my case I’m using Elastic Email to send all my mails. Hope yours shortcode could be working in their templates ^^
