replace footer credit with Admiral theme

    I am wanting to replace the footer credit in the Admiral theme but the plugin doesn’t seen to work and I can’t find the right code to copy. I would love some guidance. ??

    Please go to your dashboard > Tools > Remove footer credit > Step 1 > and there add the following code:

    <div id="footer-text" class="site-info">
				
	<span class="credit-link">
		Powered by <a href="https://www.ads-software.com" title="WordPress">WordPress</a> and <a href="https://themezee.com/themes/admiral/" title="Admiral WordPress Theme">Admiral</a>.	</span>

				</div><!-- .site-info -->

    Leave STEP 2 empty in order to remove the copyright text.
