Order detail not showing in Admin

    Dear team,
    I have this little but important issue: if a customer had pay with the credit card then I can’t see the detail order in the woocommerce admin page. If I click on a customer order in the woocommerce>orders panel then the page not load completely.
    So if I deactivate plugin the page loads ok and also if the customer chooded other payments method like banking transfer, so I can see all the order detail page correctly.

    What is happening when you try to view the order details page? Are you getting a blank white page? Are you getting half of the page loading, but then something fails?

    In any case, can you check your PHP error logs to see if anything shows up there, or are you seeing a PHP error on screen of any kind? Can you verify what version of PHP you are running?

    Also, which credit card gateway specifically are you using? Braintree, DoDirectPayment, PayFlow, or REST?

    @angelleye ok I have solved. Seems the issue appears only on a copied stage of the website.. so I think something goes wrong with the copied database.
