Join Email Not Going Out

  • When I join a waitlist, the join email is not going out. When I click on the button in the product page inventory tab to manually notify back-in-stock, that email goes out just fine. Also, when I leave a waitlist, I do not see a confirmation email for that either – but I’m not sure if there is an email for that. I do not see anything in my debug.log. I’ve also tried many other waitlist plugins and never had problems with emails – but this is the first plugin that works well with variable products in my particular theme. So I really hope this can be fixed! Thanks.

    @theronin42 Don’t create “(Continued)” topics. This topic was closed because you are asking about a feature that’s a “pro” option on the plugin. The author replied correctly to contact them on their site for that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Also? The author cannot close topics. That was done by a moderator for the reasons I just wrote.

    You’re review attacking the author isn’t justified and has been removed for that reason.
