• I’m getting some extraneous scrollbars in a theme I’m building… The problem only shows up in IE7, of the browsers I’ve checked thus far.

I think it might be related to the overflow property but I’m not sure which element is causing the problem.

The theme is at https://crankybeardesign.com/wordpress/. Word of warning, it’s a political blog about Israel–I’m not the blogger, it’s a commission.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi

Try changing the overflow on #sidebar and #column to overflow: hidden

    Hi,

I appreciate your help–you gave me an answer before, if I recall.

I’ve changed/added overflow:hidden; to #sidebar, #column and several other possible culprits… but I get no change. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Max

Haha disregard that, I… well, you know the rest.

My bad, WP was defaulting to editing a secondary style sheet. You solved it for me!
