Remove bar/confirmation message (GDPR) from website

Hello,

i have a ugly bar in the bottom of the website in mobile view. Its only appear if I check “Allow Opt-out”.

The main problem is I dont want to use the confirmation message but use the URL for opt-in and opt-out. Everytime I delete the text its gonna recreate. I dont understand why. How can I use only the opt-in and opt-out-url without to show confirmation message? The message itself dont show up.

This is very important for me, because its create this ugly bar in the bottom of the website in mobile view. Maybe any CSS-Code to hide the message?
