• Hi there,
The link in the password reset email is written in white on white. The link is there, if you hoover over it can be found but I won’t expect to do that from my customers.
I have received many complaints already.
Have checked with BuddyBoss,(I use One Social Child Theme)they haven’t find anything. Also changed the theme I use to StoreFront, but the issue is the same.
    Site: https://foltboltshop.com/
    Buddy Press version: 3.1.0
    WorldPress Version: 4.9.7
I need an asap solution please!
    Regards

    Morning,

I got the reset password email and it looks like the “.m_9198976168027483175link” is pulling the white on white color. Have you modified your CSS for your site and it’s grabbing that from another adjusted link?

You could look at a plugin to allow your users to adjust their password on the frontend like:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/frontend-reset-password/
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/theme-my-login/
This lets your build a webpage that your users are directed to and avoids this email modificaiton. Or you could go to your stylesheet to modify the “.m_9198976168027483175link” CSS selector, however, that may require a fair chunk of tracking to see where it’s pulling the white color from. It could be a simple template option from

Hope this helps you get that link working again!

    James

That is a result of your theme and since it is a commercial theme it is not supported in these forums. Please visit the theme developers for support here: https://support.buddyboss.com/hc/en-us

Probably not. I have tested it with Storefront as well…same result

    Hi James,
    Many thanks for the suggestions!
I have tried both plugins and with Theme My Login it looks like something is happening:
On Theme My Login’s Settings page the Lost Password’s page URL is this: https://foltboltshop.com/lostpassword/
    BUT
If I click on the ‘lost password’ option on the frontend, Login (My account) page, this is where customers wants to use it, its URL is this: https://foltboltshop.com/my-account/lost-password/
Using the Theme My Login – Lost Password URL, everything is OK, the reset link is visible in the email.
Not visible using the my account’s URL.

Hope it tells you more about this issue and we can somehow manage to add the proper URL. To that plugin.
    Let me know.
